  Horrible!!!! I will never use this place again, I have been ripped off. They called because they didn't like the way I spelled my friends name but didn't call to tell me they were going to substitute my order. I ordered a beautiful Oriental themed money tree, received a funeral plant. I called and told the owner that it looked nothing like what I ordered, she said she would make it right because she picked it out, so she delivered what looked like something I could have picked up at a gas station for $5.00, instead of the $50.00 I paid this joke of a florist. My friends birthday was totally ruined and the kicker of it all is that the owners husband works with my friend. BEWARE OF THIS UNPROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT.

  My wife works local and Memory Lane Floral & Gifts always come through every year for any last minute requests since I am of course a procrastinating guy. The employees have always been super friendly and professional and I need only describe what I'm looking for and based on the reaction from my wife just a few minutes ago... I'd say they came through once again this Valentine's Day 2014.
