  Bob Brockland Buick had a new 2017 Regal advertised on their website. I live in Houston and was unable to find any that I wanted and their advertised prices were nowhere as good as Brocklands. I was concerned that their online price had some exceptions but I was assured by email that the price would be honored. I didn't want to make an 860 mile trip just to end up with an all to common "dealer experience". I left Houston on the morning of 2/28 (the Buick incentives expired on this date) and arrived at the dealership just before 6 p.m. that same evening.
  
  When I pulled up to the dealership showroom, the Regal was sitting right ahead of the front door with a sold sign on it. I walked in and was greeted by just about everyone there. I was turning in a leased Regal early and had made the remaining payments prior to the trip.
  
  I can't say enough good things about everyone I dealt with at the dealership. The price was honored and I wrote them a check for the amount. They took care of turning in my lease. They didn't apply any type of pressure to buy anything other than the car.
  
  I wish my local Buick dealer had the same "family" feeling that I found at Bob Brockland. I purchased a 2018 Buick Enclave Avenir down here a few weeks prior and although that experience was good I wouldn't have minded driving up to Illinois to give Brockland Buick my business. I intend to keep both our new Buicks for quite awhile since we are now retired. However, if we ever decide to buy a new one, I will be making the drive back up to Columbia, IL. That is how much they impressed me!

  On my way home on 02/27/2018 I had a flat tire, Dominic pulled over to help( works in the body shop), we couldn’t get my spare tire to lower, he offered to let me use his spare but it wouldn’t lower either. He drove to his home and grabbed another tire, he mounted it on my truck but it was the wrong wheel, about that time another truck pulled up, it was Duane ( service writer), he crawled under my truck and did his magic and aligned the jack handle and we lowered and mounted my spare. I offered the $25 that I had with me, they wouldn’t except any money. With people like this working for you Mr. Brockland it’s no wonder you’ve been in business for so long. I made an appointment and purchased new tires, brakes and alignment, very satisfied. Thank You again Dominic and Duane.
